10st 3 (1 off at WW so got to 10-6 GOLD, yay!!) which I'm really pleased with. Obviously I'm trying to be cautious in fear of the gallstone pain recurring-tho we did have Dominos today, but I'm happy to report no ill effects so far. I did order the reduced fat mozzarella tho, as I have done the last few times we've had it, got to make a *bit* of an effort, eh?! I had fasting bloods done this week, my overall cholesterol was down from 5.4 to 4.8, but my good cholesterol had dropped, bad cholesterol raised, so the overall ratio was worse than ever! So lucky that I got to Gold at WW this week, as I can use my extra 3 points on a soya yoghurt with breakfast and a flora Pro-activ minidrink with dinner, in an effort to help the cholesterol balance out. Fingers crossed!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
