Working out 5-6 days a week and walking 7 days a week 3 miles.
Following the 8 week healthy habits rules~
197.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.3 lb a week
