We are halfway through October, and despite tons of events, bdays and such, that would usually derail me, I'm doing great! This may be the first time that I feel like I can actually do this.

However, I still have a long way to go, and I have to be realistic. It's going to get hard. I'm ready. :)
308.2 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 128.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
