I served myself a delicious looking meat lunch and my dog licked it when I answered a call from my boss. so I had to eat my regular boring same old lunch 🥗 with 🐔
131.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
