A new low!! But also a bigger change from yesterday than what I would expect, so despite my attempts at consistency, it might be a temporary glitch. But heck .. the scale said it, so I'll take it for now!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
