It is hard to speak to people.
I am working on my shoulders.
I am very good at drinking water most days. But not on gym days:-(
I am cutting back on butter and using grapeseed oil.
I fell hard for Cheez-its (and they gave me a stomach ache)!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
