Slightly frustrated with the scale this morning as I was hoping it would be below 62, but I'll try again next week. Only did 1 hour of exercise this week and walking the parkrun tomorrow with hubby, but overall for the month I feel I've been quite active. Will try not to overdo it with the snacks this weekend again too.
137.3 lb Lost so far: 52.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done! You certainly have done exceptionally well this month. I'm also in two minds whether to do parkrun when I havent run in 3 weeks. If not will do an hour indoor. Keep it up👍

Its OK if the scale doesn't Show a dip. Don't forget the NSV! You're doing great for the effort you put in 😊
