Good weigh in ... also, belly is down to 33 1/2" ... that's what counts!

Hit a small bucket of balls at the driving range ... then 18 holes of good golf, cart, though, this afternoon.

Took a lot of practice swings ... so burned a lot of calories. :)

Eating a ton today for overfeeding ... pizza night ... good a night as any to eat like a pig!!! ;)

I had a great weigh in today, down 2 lbs and over an inch of belly fat ... can't get too confident, need to get back down to 1800 - 2100 calories tomorrow, then back at the gym on Sunday.

Daughter's bday today ... 12 ... amazing to have a little pre-teen.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
