I have been doing LCHF loosly for about 6 months already, but with minimal results because I was still eating carbs, tons of dairy, and had huge portion sizes.

Last weekend, I started taking it seriously: I have cut my portion size to about 4 tiny meals/day, incorporated lots more exercise, and watching the carb:fat ratio on the intake much closer while keeping the calories high enough to sustain the exercise.

I have been doing a 12-hr-on/12-hr-off fast (not eating between 7pm and 7am)as part of the regular routine and getting plenty of sleep.

For me, it's not a "diet", but rather, a lifestyle alteration that has been a very easy transition, so there's nothing to "cheat" on! Now that I'm in ketosis, I'm watching the pounds go down FAST!

I mean, c'mon... a diet where the staples are bacon, steak, butter, and veggies?! *cheers!*
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
