Well, that is what happens when you eat out 7 times in one week. I was very cognizant of what I was eating but I am sure the salt was off the charts because now that I have been home a day or so I have been going to the bathroom, a lot! So I am hopeful this is temporary, with the thought that I am traveling for work again this week. Here's hoping.
181.9 lb Lost so far: 37.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
