Well .. I did an experiment yesterday and discovered that if I weigh myself in the gym after I relax in the sauna and shower (which is what I have been using for my weigh ins), it's almost 2lb less than if I weigh myself before! OK .. I knew that I would lose some water weight in the sauna (which, of course, is why I "cheated" and weighed myself after .. but who was I kidding?), but I had no idea that it would be that much!! And at home first thing in the morning, its a tad higher than post workout. So .. from now on, all weigh ins will be on my home scale first thing when I wake up in the morning. I waited to post a new weight until it more or less caught up .. but actually I have dropped a bit since last weigh in.
