9/19/16 287!!! I will take comfort that I've lost 36.5 lbs since this same day 1 year ago. Happy Tuesday everyone.
250.5 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

wow Jeannie happy for you do you know that is........TA DAAA.......146 STICKS OF BUTTER..... GONE FROM YOUR again kiddo keep on keepin' on and it will be more.. just do not fight it .. keep eating like you know how... and let the body do as it will and....SISTER IT WILL.. this I promise... happy day to you
