BULLSEYE!

The rest of the day won't be so pleasant, except for the weather (which is outstanding!). Today is my prep day for a certain procedure that most of those in my age group would be familiar with. Suffice to say that I've been on a restricted diet last two days, a no solid food diet today, and from mid-afternoon until the wee hours of the morning, I will be swallowing pills and drinking some concoction that will require me to remain in very close proximity to a bathroom!! The prep is way worse than the procedure!!!

My thoughts and heart goes out to those impacted by the recent storms.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
