Okay, so FS RDI is too high. Will have to turn this Red Arrow bs around and stay at or below Dr's RDI.

Day 11 -

5- Boston Market for lunch/dinner is not the kind of "special" I want to be treating myself with, but it's been a rough week!
249.5 lb Lost so far: 47.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks From371to184 - it says I need 1,538 Calories/day to lose 1 lb per week. So I'll make that my high RDI for the rest of this Challenge. It also says my ideal body weight would be 141.1 which fit's nicely with my ultimate goal of 145 lbs.
