Met w/an OBGYN surgeon yesterday morning, so the day ended with me in a lot of pain and barely able to walk by the time my shift at work came to an end.

This morning I took the time to take my measurements, and while most hadn't changed, my upper arms are down an inch, bust down 1/2 inch, and waist down 1 inch as well. I will take these small victories, for they are not small in the grand scheme of things.

Day 9-
Calories -1936 FAIL - coworkers b-day, but no excuse for eating pastry for breakfast followed by both bread and cake at lunch.
Exercise - 20 minutes PT exercises trying to get comfortable enough to sleep last night.
Record - Yes!
Special - My sister came with me to the Dr's office so that was a treat of sorts.
248.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 83.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
