AME! Grr...

Day 3:
#2 1732 calories so again between RDI's.
#3 25 minutes power grocery shopping before work.
#4 YES
#5 88 oz
#6 Wore my favorite brown dress slacks to work. Haven't been able to wear these for several years.
251.5 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 86.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
