And we're heading back down - really struggling to NOT buy a chocolate muffin today. The deli has re-opened and the chocolate muffins are THERE. NOT HELPFUL for weight loss, so before I bought one I came onto FatSecret and logged one of my snack bars as my morning snack. There! I can't have a chocolate muffin NOW, haha!!!
142.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job. That muffin would be gone in minutes but the damage it did would be around for much much longer. It gets easier and easier to say no.
