Even though the scales didn't show a decrease in weight, my clothes surely tell the tale. I can get into clothes that were too small but now fit very comfortably. I contribute it to exercise. I exercise more now than I have in many months. I do only what I can at this weight to not overstrain my joints. I'm going to avoid the scales as much as possible and let my clothes reveal success.
Today is the first day of the 3 day fast challenge. I've prepared well for this and it should be easy enough. I don't have any eating or big physical event this week so I may fast longer.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
