Only 1lb to go till I'm back in the blue now. Doing a lot of walking at the moment, as my current craze is Pokémon Go. It's a daft occupation, but it's helping me keep active. I'm typically doing about 1.5 hours walking a day, which I would have said is impossible for me, given the state of my knees and feet. It's amazing what a bit of motivation will do!
135.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, folks. Glen, just wear and tear. Started having knee problems in my 20s, and flat feet since my 40s. Both are better since I lost weight, but still have limitations. Not good at hills and stairs, and can't walk as far as I should be able to, but I seem to be pushing it at the moment 😀
