ADDICT! JUNKIE! WHY? Sugar for no reason. Kicking myself and committed to starting again.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi I know what u mean I get off of the junk food and then I start craving them again I guess I'm going to have to get tough on my self and dump then for good .

I eat 1 or 2 Peanut Chews instead of a pack of 8. I learned along ago that when I say I cannot have this or that, then I want it way more. So I have become very good at the control of being able to have it in a very small portion and NOT often as not to loose my control. Hope that helps.

Some things you will find as you move on you can substitute tastes for, and some things will always be NO's in your house. Ice cream, brownies and donuts don't come near my house. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I have a brand of frozen yogurt that I can control and I make smoothies that satisfy my ice cream craving mostly and there are some protein bars that are whey based that almost satisfy most of my chocolate cravings... for the rest there is expensive chocolate (Lindt 78% or more) and magnesium which chocolate is full of 🙆🏻
