Woo hoo! Met my first goal a month early! Under 300. Next quick goal (288) would be the lowest I've been in 5 or 6 years. Hopefully in the next two weeks.

This visualizing as **fat volume** lost is really helping. I've lost 4.9 GALLONS since I started. Wow, that's just gross, but it helps see how far I've come. If you lose 6 pounds, it doesn't sound like much, but that's a whole gallon of fat. Yech!
295.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 115.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
