Sleeping more than eating right now. Went to bed around 8pm, fell asleep after 9pm, got up around 7am and I feel a little more rested than yesterday, but not 100%. I was so fatigued that I could barely function yesterday. My arms and legs still feel like lead.

Gotta catch up on my work today.
208.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
