A very eventful week thus far!! Turning 65 this month, and yesterday was my first day on Medicare .. so I'm feeling even older than usual ... but the good news is that I weighed in at 152 today, which puts me within spitting distance of my goal. And the really good news is that the scary machine at the gym says I'm finally under 15% body fat (just barely, but still)!! OMG!!! I'm going to need new goals!! Clearly "stay here" is the most important one, but it seems stagnant and I want to be able to see progress. Maybe I should count days like they do in AA?? Or switch to something like "be able to jog comfortably for X minutes" (my back already hurts thinking about it). Any ideas???? Big smile, and many thanks to everyone here for their great support and advice.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
