This is exciting - exactly 10 weeks from today I'll weigh 156 - I love having this specific goal and a specific plan to reach it!

Update - and yes, I exercised this morning.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
