I have cut out potatoes and rice almost completely. No snacks. I don't know how I did it, but I dropped some pounds. I start my fat flush diet today.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
