YAYY. Under 155 at today's weigh in. Wanted to be here before I go on a beach vacation in August! And I have joined the "Lost over 40" club. Big smile.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
