So Movie Group last night was a huge fail for me. I gave into temptation, had seconds of everything, and dessert too! Dr's follow up appt. is tomorrow. Will not cry, just climb back on track, and hope to get that arrow moving in the right direction.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
