10st 13.2 Fat 26.6% no WW. Now exactly two stone under my WW joining weight, which means I've blown a stone and a half. My internal monologue is not very friendly currently! Day one...again.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
