So a little flux, but not too bad. Everyone have a Safe and Happy 4th of July. Don't forget to take care of your pets. It's the biggest day of the year for "lost pets".
252.5 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
