So yesterday was a great moral boost followed by a day out of derailed eating. Fingers crossed that today I'll show more control even though I'm going out again. Why do I commit to doing these things when it's 114 degrees outside.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
