21 days under 260!!! Physical tomorrow and still 4 1/2 lbs to goal. Ambiguity is where I'm at today. Strength fellow FSers.
254.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 89.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
