BAD STORMS IN WEE MORNING HOURS..goood sunday morning...was awoken at 3am this morning to sound of heavy wind an rain..lights went off just for a second..came bck on...glad i had decided to take today off...streets on most of nothern side of town have tree limbs on them...an tree limbs are laying everywhere..good trees to..not rotten ones..had straight line winds...65 mph..an hail but came out better then next door neighbor..hes got tree limb going thru kitchen roof..

i guess changin my numbers an eating more protein an cutting down more on carbs...is giving my body a change..something its adjusting to..little by little in weight...but im sure the inches are also coming off..getting more strict with loggin what goes in my mouth..an if i do eat something i dont log..i always come back next day an log it in for day before..

well coffee was gone 3 hours ago..just now 830am...thinkin of making the almond flour cheese bites...i made a few days ago..something to munch on thru the day...not sure yet.since i didnt go riding..mind isnt fully thinking yet..like it would be if i had done a morning ride...

have a greatttttttttttt sunday...an to all the dads...HAPPY FATHERS DAY...

Spent a lot of the day in yard...racking up twigs...have one big limb...friend is coming over tomarrow hopefully with his sons to help me clean yard up...no damage on outside of house..was lucky..neighbor next door had 5 holes in his roof..see you all tomarrow..thanks
