Must have been that extra work out at the gym for the loss !!! Next week I will be rough as I will not be at work OR EVEN GOING TO GYM and attending a Fancy FOOD SHOW and work shop ALL week, with untold GRAND FOOD TASTINGS to tempt me all week From chefs from all over the world !!! I Keep telling myself, I can do this, So I might not be checking in as much !!!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 224.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOW CHEF U LOOK GREAT IN YOUR PICTURE... SMALL WORLD HERE...I WAS IN A PAST LIFE ONE OF THE BIGGEST CATERERS IN MIAMI...I ALSO OWNED 2 RESTAURANTS AND 4 5 SPORTS BARS... WAY BACK WHEN I WAS THE PRESIDENT OF THE DADE COUNTY RESYAURANT ASSOCIATION....FAMILY SETTLED IN MIAMI IN THE LATE 1800S BEFORE AIRCONDITIONER, ICE MACHINES AND BUG SPRAY...LEFT TOWN TO RAISE MY FAMILY IN ST AUGUSTINE @ 25 YEARS AGO....I OFTEN WAS A GUEST LECTURER AT FIU FOR BEVEAGE COST CONTROLS..SMALL WORLD HUH?

Yes, I was with the Miami chefs association in 1988, till 1990, then went to Broward Chefs association, I still live in broward..As for the picture, that is when I was 235#s, guess I will have to update..Thank you EDBO for reaching out !!!
