10st 7.5 lb no WW but work scales suggested an insulting 200g off! Fat 25.5% Glad of a pound off at home weigh, I was so cross Tues at work because I expected so much better, but I tried not to let it throw me, holding out for this morning's weigh in instead, and so glad I did. It has been a bit more of an off-piste week, including a fabulous afternoon tea, but the trick is to rein it back in again now and not spiral off again, with a view to another loss next week. Can I make it 3 weeks in a row?!
147.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
