10st 8.6 Fat 26.2% No WW, didn't want to pay! but was kinda torn cos wanted to know how bad the damage was, so weighed myself on work's scale at 10st 11, dunno how they compare to WW but will weigh again on them before WW this Tues to see. Had started well on Mon, and then work Tues said we could wear our own clothes instead of uniform, so I got my summer things down, tried them on AND NOTHING FIT!!! And not even "was a bit snug" but was like 4-6" away from doing up :( So I'm super motivated now, I was SO cross with myself and dismayed. Really pleased to have started with a loss today altho my lunch wasn't ideal, but as long as the old routine seems to work again I know the odd indulgence is fine. I even managed through a night and day away this week, travel is always a high risk zone, so that was pleasing. I just hope it's not another of my five minute wonder attempts and I can actually keep it up to lasting effect again this time!
148.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
