Big smile .. a new milestone .. under 170! I'm going to move the goal down another 10 lbs ... it would be GREAT if I could make it in time for the August beach vacation . I've got 10 weeks ... for 15 lbs .. can I do it???? We'll see!!!
169.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
