He FS Family, It's been 6 months since I've been on. I was on a social media diet. It was refreshing. My logged weight today shows a swing in t he wrong direction however, my trend since Jan of 2016 is still down. This should be the last swing up. I curse at you simple carbs. You are a habit to break.

I know what I have to do. All I have to do is do it.

I would like to give a special thanks to a few of you reached out to me privately (FS inbox, txt message, fitbit msg) I appreciate your kind words and support.

I will lead by example and I will make you proud of me again. I am back. Sub 200, watch out. I got my eyes on you.

Same thing happened to me....10 months off and gain 21 Pounds Ouch! But started again and down 11 pounds in one month. I know you buddy and you will have this under control in no time. It is just a little bump in the road...rite?

yes, just a little bump in the road. I'm thinking, something about being plugged in to FS helped me connect the dots and kept me on course. Ok, time for bed and by the way, the scale is going in the right direction already. Yay!
