Don't know whether to believe this weight or not, but I'm recording it anyway! Only a pound off goal now, hooray! So there's some motivation for me 😀😀😀😀😀
135.1 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
