Hoping that something is working - not focused as well as I should but dropping a couple of pounds is great motivation to get more in tune with what works for weight loss!
160.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
