OK! 119 this morning...no walk...chilly and drizzly, plus early shift at work. Yesterday, at lunch, I had a scrumptious spinach salad with a skewer of grilled shrimp at 'The George on the River' with my beloved MIL. Sunny,warm and breezy, with the lovely Cape Fear River gently rolling by and we got to just spend time together and talk. She is 82 now, but doesn't act it! She sill drives and I have no problem riding with her; she sure maneuvered around downtown Wilmington well yesterday!
119.0 lb Lost so far: 106.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
