Big Smile. The glitch I had between Saturday and Tuesday that I asked about in a Post went away, so I do think it had something to do with the fiber supplement. I stopped taking it, and I'm a happy chappy again! BACK ON TRACK.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
