So, I went on a mini vacation to my hometown. Went out every day and ate at the best(worse) places, but I had a ball. I was surprised to find I gained only 3lbs. Back on the horse. Sleep Sweet.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
