Deep, deep breath...I'm done now.

Have a wonderful blessed Sunday, everyone. Below is a record of this last week's fluctuations. Kinda interesting....I'll be taking my measurements today, too.

197.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, Draglist & Carol! I'm very happy about this, although technically I'm only attributing 1.2 lbs of this drop to actual fat loss since my last low was 198.8 about 3-4 weeks ago, and I've been fluctuating all over the place ever since. But, that's okay it was a WELL EARNED 1.2 lb loss!! LOL. My assessment is I hit a plateau & needed to cut some calories. In addition, after doing some research, I realized I was very dehydrated. 45 ounces of water/day was far less agreeable to my body than 3 liters/day especially considering how often and intensely I work out. I took my measurements today and will be getting my calipers tomorrow, so in the next 3 weeks, I'll have a clear sense of what is being lost or gained. Lesson learned - don't estimate the body's ability to hold on to water, and don't be afraid to hug a water bottle many many times in a day! lol
