Back to basics yesterday and down a half pound already. Thank goodness. Got a beautiful box of four artisan lettuces yesterday and made a wonderful salad last night. It's nice to eat out, but my body feels better on "whole" foods.

Speaking of which, I did some digging on how to make cream cheese since that is one of the only things I eat that is processed. Learned that it's a fairly simple cheese you can make at home with the proper culture. Has anyone tried it? I don't think I ever will, but it's good to know it's not a chemical cheese.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
