Pretty happy about my weigh in. I lost 6 lbs in one week! That's a record for me. I know part of it is that I didn't cross any of my Bright Lines this week and part of it was cutting my portions of nuts in half in the morning and switching up seeds one day instead of nuts. I also started alternating one breakfast without nuts. I had re-fried beans and salsa with lime/cilantro brown rice yesterday, for example. I managed to finishing my last bite of food by 6:30 pm most days last week, too which seems to help.

192.0 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
