Wow! Wednesday and temperatures are rising. Not getting involved in the "judgmental" thread that's going on here Buddies, just saying I've been on the site for 2+ years. If I hadn't used this site to track my food, perhaps my weight would have really soared last year when I was physically incapacitated. If some find my presence here offensive, tough! I'm here for me. What I record here is for me. If I can offer support to those that share the same struggles I do, that's for me as well. First and foremost always be kind. As the saying goes; don't judge a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
258.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 93.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Here, here! I think if you can't say something nice (supportive, encouraging), then don't say anything at all. You know we are all on a journey and this place should be a respite for us where we share some things in common, but face wildly different circumstances in our lives.
