Woke at 204.0, down 1.2 from yesterday after a 600 calorie IF day. It is interesting to note that I lose almost exactly 3 pounds overnight from BMR and some dehydration. Targeting 2200 calories today. Christians, have a great Easter celebration and everyone else, enjoy your Sunday! UPDATE: Had a very restful day and ate all my calorie allotment and more. Went over on carbs as I tried a half serving (quarter cup) of 8 different Halo Top flavors. Felt the carb monster after that but stuck to mixed nuts and cheese. No workout today. Pre-bedtime weigh in shows the initial carb damage. Will take a few days to work this off.
