Keeping to routine of working out a few days a week. Wathcing my calories, lots of water. I take measurements every week to track my progress and have seen results. Seems at 1st I was losing a lot of weight and then now my body is changing.
244.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
