Lost my way yet again. I lost my longtime friend/pet Cino on Sunday, my sons came in from Oregon & Oklahoma and of course NEPA is under 24 inches (and counting) of snow. I am cooped up with a 90 yr old and I am going insane!!!! So, someone please give me some sane news to chew on....yoga just isn't cutting it this week....lol
223.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
