Long time since my last post...lots of training and big ski days (33 total in year) since last weigh in. Also, just returned from another big back country ski trip..hope to post a few pics soon.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thnx Mom...was of the grid for a while but still managed to log everything. Big calorie expenditures allowed some socializing and the odd indulgences just to keep the "fire" going.
